A note from Suzzette…

I am a child of God, I am a child of God, I am a child of God!  I keep reminding myself of this because I am also a sinner.  I fall, I stumble, and sometimes I just crash and burn.  But I am still a child of God!

No one or nothing can snatch me from THE FATHER’S HAND!  I am his!  My sins are forgiven, so I’ll stop digging them up and bringing them back to life.  I’ll LEAVE ‘EM IN THE WATER.  I am trying to be better than I was yesterday, I AM!  LORD GUIDE ME, I know that I’m broken.  PRECIOUS LORD, TAKE MY HAND and help me to SEE ME THROUGH YOUR EYES so I won’t tear myself apart for past and future mistakes.  Life can be hard, but nobody said life was fair.  If they did, then they lied.  I can only do what I can and leave the rest UP TO GOD.  When I get knocked down, I will GET UP IN JESUS’ NAME.  When I’m asked how I persevere, I can say IT’S A GOD THING.  He is my strength; I have none on my own.  I can boldly say that WHATEVER LIES AHEAD, no matter what, I will trust Him.  Even in my darkest hour when I can’t feel or see Him, I know HE’S STILL THERE.

I promised Him a long time ago that no matter what happens in my life I will always come RUNNING BACK TO YOU!  He is my Heavenly Father who loves me and encourages me daily, telling me YOU GOT THIS.  He reminds me that hard times are a part of this world, but He has prepared a place for me where I will LIVE WITH JESUS.  I can hear the angels sing, GLORY!  No matter the question, He’s the answer to my needs.  And even when I cannot see his face, He’s still reaching out for me… and ALL IS WELL.
